Terms of Service

By commissioning me you are agreeing to my Terms of Service in it’s entirety. If any of the rules are broken, the commissioner will be put on a blacklist and will not be able to get any future commissions or adopts from me. I have the right to add / remove rules at any time without warning while having them still apply.

BASIC RULES
- I have the right to decline your commission request for whatever reason I may have. I do not have to explain my reasoning.
- I can not work with deadlines.
- You may not claim my work to be your own, edit it, or set it up for redistribution.
- It is your responsibility to save your commission/adopt files after it is sent, there's always a chance that I'll either delete or scrap older artworks.
- The commissioner, and only the commissioner, may upload the work done for them to their site as long as it is credited by linking back to me.
- You MUST be 18 or older to commission NSFW art from me. Breaking this rule will result in a blacklist + block.
- I will not provide unwatermarked versions of my artwork.
- My art is NOT for NFTs (Non-fungible tokens). By commissioning me you're agreeing that my work will NOT be turned into an NFT.

COMMISSIONS
- I will not work with character descriptions, shaded references. or traditional references. If commissioning me, you need to provide me with a clear unshaded fullbody digital reference image of the character you want to be used.
- Please provide as much details as possible when ordering, and be clear with what you want.
- I only give out WIPs on bigger commissions (animations, reference sheets, comics, etc.). For smaller commissions (busts, half / full bodies, chibis, etc), you must request WIPs.
- You may request me to fix your commission only if it was my own mistake, not by lack of reference / information. Please be specific and clear with the changes you want made.
- By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist labor only. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to: the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales / self-promotion.
- I do not do refunds unless I can not do the commission for whatever reason. Once you order and send the payment, it is final.

ADOPTS AND CHARACTER DESIGNS
- Refunds are not given on adopts; what you see is what you get.
- You may not sell adopts for more than what you bought it for, unless it comes with extra art.
- You may not turn any adopts into your own species to make profit off of.
- You may change an adopts design a little. The character must still be recognizable from the original design.

YCHS
- If you buy a ych and then flake out on it after payment is requested, you will be blacklisted and blocked.
- I can make small changes to any YCH. Large changes will result in an additional fee.
- Any and all of my YCHs are clone-able as commissions for the autobuy / set price.

PAYMENT
- All payments are only accepted via Ko-fi or Stripe in USD.
- Payment is due in full up front.
- Work will not be started until full payment is received.
- You must be able to send payment within 48 hours of the sale.
- If extra time is needed to pay, you must contact me within 48 hours for an extension.
- If the payment is not sent within 48 hours and no reason has been given, I will cancel your order.
- If you try to scam a refund, you will be blacklisted, blocked and I will warn other artists of you.
- The payment is for a digital artwork and no physical item will be shipped.
